I turned 28 last week, UGH! Although I think that in about 10 years time I will be wondering what all the fuss was about.
We had a lovely meal in on Thursday night and went into Manchester on Friday.
Went to a lovely tapas bar where we got to practice our Spanish with the waiters!

Mark came over to visit us in July. While he was here we took a trip to Manchester. We went to Salford boy's club (the scene for a music video by one of our favourite bands, The Smiths).

Anyway after that we went into the city. We were walking along one of the main streets when Tim thought he saw Ian Brown (Lead singer of The Stone Roses). It was indeed Ian Brown so we hung around like a bunch of stalkers to see what would happen next.
With that, we noticed that he was making his new music video! We stood there watching him singing to the camera and all that....

We waited and a few weeks later his new music video came out and you'll never guess who makes an appearance, albeit a very short one......

We have been in Warrington since May. We're getting on well here. Tim is working away and I have been taken on as a music teacher. Joined a recorder orchestra so that's great! Warrington is a nice place and is close to Manchester and Liverpool! Come visit!
